Dakim is one of the four Cipher admins featured as a boss in Pokémon Colosseum.
Background[edit]
Dakim was a red-headed musclebound man with a tattooed face. He worked for Cipher as one of their Admins and was entrusted with a Shadow Entei for his duties. He was first seen storming Mt. Battle in order to claim the Time Flute there, so that no one could summon Celebi to purify Shadow Pokémon. However, Wes eventually fought his way up to Dakim and defeated him.
Afterwards, Dakim and the other admins showed up defending Realgam Tower. However, Wes defeated him again, at which point he surrendered the Green ID Card. He mentioned that throughout his life he had only ever lost to Wes and his master Nascour. It is uncertain if this means that even the Cipher admins are unaware of Evice's existence, if Dakim simply never battled Evice, or if they were just not allowed to mention Evice.
After the game was completed and Cipher was more or less finished for the time being, Dakim and the other Cipher admins showed up as opponents in Deep Colosseum.
