Andrew Oikonny is the nephew of Andross who appears as a recurring enemy in several Star Fox games.
Background
Due to his connection, he was admitted membership into team Star Wolf, despite his inexperience as a pilot and they began to battle Star Fox throughout Star Fox 64. The Star Wolf team encountered Star Fox on Fichina while leading a fleet of Venomian ships, at which point Andrew targeted Slippy Toad (as the rest of the Star Fox team exceeded Andrew in skill). Despite their advantage, the Star Wolf team was defeated. They fight again on Bolse in one path, only to lose yet again. After most of Andross's forces had been defeated, Star Wolf arrived to defend Venom and were defeated a last time.
