Katt Monro is a freelance pilot who opposes Andross, she is also a longtime friend of Falco.

Background

A skilled fighter and an old friend of Falco Lombardi. She's a rogue pilot who has no allegiance to any team, but in general has always been on the Cornerian side (even if they often consider her a bother). The Catspaw that she pilots was originally a Venom Invader ship that she stole from one of their bases. This was after her old ship had been damaged by a Venomiam patrol, prompting her to begin fighting against Andross.

During the original Lylat Wars, she fought against Andross on her own. On Zoness she provided assistance to Star Fox several times, much to the surprise of her old friend Falco. Following that she also helped out on MacBeth or Sector Z. During the battle she flirted often with Falco, who was less than enthused by her arrival.

Over a decade later she was fighting the Anglars in the Anglar War. She helped Falco out in the Asteroid Belt prior to him joining up with Fox and Slippy. Although she never admitted it, she still has feeling for Falco and would like to join Star Fox for just that reason.

Possible Fates

In Ending 8 of Star Fox Command, she convinces Falco to start "Star Falco" of which she is a member. In "Ending 5", she joins up with the other female pilots to save Corneria from the Anglar weapon, Spanner and afterwards celebrates with them.

• Originally Katt had pink fur in Star Fox64. It was likely changed to black due to Lucy and Amanda having pink fur/skin.
