Baba Orninion is a pilot in the F-Zero series known for his wild, beast-like personality.

Background

Known as a "wild child", Baba Orninion was raised on Giant, a beautiful planet with expansive tracts of green land. His life in the wild has honed his preternatural animal instincts and as a result given him a resilient, well-toned physique. For this reason, he was selected by the F-Zero Pilot Selection Committee to compete in the races. He was even given his own machine to race in.

However he failed to win during his debut race. He realized he had a lot to learn and spent the year training and undergoing a spiritual journey. As a result his physical strength has increased twofold. Because of his natural abilities, he is rather overconfident and considered something of a big-mouth.

The Iron Tiger was designed by the Pilot Training School which was commissioned by the Executive Project Committee. It was developed to help train potential F-Zero pilots in order to help new pilots bear the burden of winning future Grand Prix championships. The ship is designed with excellent operability and a strong body to account for Baba's wild driving style.
