Super Punch-Out!! is the Super Nintendo port of the game of the same name as well as a sequel to the NES game Punch-Out!!. It was only available through Nintendo Power in Japan.

Story

The player takes the role of a boxer (presumably Little Mac though it's not mentioned). The player works their way to the top to become the WVBA champion.

Gameplay

The player controls Little Mac, with the ability to throw punches as well as dodge and guard. The player can choose between punching the head or the body during regular play. As they land hits without being hit themselves, their special meter builds up, letting them to unleash one of four super punches. As with the first game, each opponent has certain patterns and weak spots that can be exploited. Each match ends when one of the boxers can't get up or if a boxer gets knocked out three times in a single round. The player loses if the time runs out.

Super Punch-Out!! for the SNES added characters that weren't in the arcade game, for a total of 16 opponents.
