Blackjack is a Game & Watch game. It was released in the Multi Screen format and adapted from the real-life card game.

The player plays a game of blackjack with the player's cards displayed in the bottom screen and the dealer's cards on the top screen. The player starts off with 500 dollars with normal blackjack rules and can bet a maximum of 100 dollars per round. The player uses buttons to answer the dealer's questions. Game B is a bonus game involving matching numbers. The game works different from other Game & Watch games in that instead of losing the game with three misses, the game only ends either when the player loses all their money or earns the maximum amount of $9,999.
