Seismitoad is a large amphibious Pokémon that was introduced in the fifth generation games. It is the third and final form of Tympole's evolutionary line.
Information
Seismitoad evolves from Palpitoad at Level 36. With similar vibration powers as its previous form, Seismitoad uses vibration to hurt its opponents. They vibrate the bumps on their fists in order to increase the power of their punches, to the point where they are capable of shattering boulders to rubble with one punch. Seismitoad can also shoot a paralyzing liquid from its head bump.
Appearances
Mainstream Games
In Pokémon: Black and White Versions, Seismitoad can be rarely found within surfing spots at Route 8, Icirrus City and Moor of Icirrus.
Trivia
- Its name is a combination of "seismic" (in reference to its vibration powers) and "toad".
