Klinklang is a cog-like Pokémon that was introduced in the fifth generation games. It is the third and final form in Klink's evolutionary line.
Information[edit]
Klinklang evolves from Klang at Level 49. In this form, it is still a set of connected minigears, but it has the addition of a gear containing a special red core which functions as an energy tank. That gear is rotated a high speed for a rapid energy charge. Klinklang is also surrounded by some sort of ring with spikes protruding outwards. Klinklang can fire charged energy through those spikes into an area.
Appearances[edit]
Mainstream Games[edit]
Klinklang has not been found in the wild and can only be obtained by evolving a Klang.
Other Appearances[edit]
Video Games[edit]
- In Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Klinklang made a cameo appearance in the background of the Kalos Pokémon League's Ironworks Chamber. Its appearance in the Wii U game was accompanied by a trophy.
Trivia[edit]
- Its name is formed simply by combing Klink's and Klang's names (which themselves are respectively plays on "clink" and "clang"), likely due to the unity of the gears from both previous forms being present in this Pokémon.
