Wii Fit is a game that helps players keep fit. The game comes with the Wii Balance Board.

Gameplay

Wii Play uses the player's Miis as characters. The board measures the player's Body Mass Index and center of gravity. Over time, the game measures player's "Wii Fitness Age" and lets them compare with those of other family members.

The game helps players stay fit with over forty activities. Among the activities are yoga poses, jogging, step aerobics, press ups, ski jumping, and hula hooping.

Legacy

It has become the third best-selling video game in history.

Sequels

It was later followed by Wii Fit Plus, which has the same features as the first game with additional Yoga, Strength Training and Balance/Aerobics exercises.
