The newest recruit to the Galaxy Mobile Platoon, Lucy was the youngest member next to [[Jack Levin]]. As a long time fan of the F-Zero races she had quite a bit of knowledge about the machines. In particular she was quite knowledgeable in the mechanics of the machines, due to he fact she was apprenticed by [[Dr. Clash]]. She ended up racing after [[Rick Wheeler]] rescued her from a gang in Port Town. Though she's sweet and innocent-looking, sometimes it's best to stay our her way.
