The newest recruit to the Galaxy Mobile Platoon, Lucy was the youngest member next to [[Jack Levin]]. As a long time fan of the F-Zero races she had quite a bit of knowledge about the machines. In particular she was quite knowledgeable in the mechanics of the machines, due to he fact she was apprenticed by [[Dr. Clash]]. She ended up racing after [[Rick Wheeler]] rescued her from a gang in Port Town. Though she's sweet and innocent-looking, sometimes it's best to stat our her way.

Known as "Miss Killer" in the Japanese version, Luna is the right hand woman for [[Black Shadow]] and works as his spy. However her true identity is Misaki Haruka and was Rick's girlfriend in the year 2051 that was supposedly killed by [[Zoda]]. Like Rick, she was kept in suspended animation until she was revived by Black Shadow.
