Nino has three different endings depending on whom she reaches an A Rank Support with. Regardless of ending, she gives birth to the twin boys [[Lugh]] and [[Ray]] seven years later. She died four years later (or possibly was declared dead after her disappearance in two of her extra endings), and her twin boys were then sent to live in an orphanage.

Jaffar still agrees to hold it for her until she is ready for it and says that she is his best friend. In the final Support conversation, Jaffar tells Nino that he can no longer fulfill his promise. This causes Nino to become confused and angry at Jaffar. Jaffar than admits that he loves her, and so he cannot be her friend. Nino replies that she loves him too. He proposes that they live together after the journey ends, and Nino has him promise that he will never leave her.
