Gameplay

The game has the player to select one of the four available sports in the game (basketball, volleyball, hockey, or dodgeball). One being that the characters that the players control are able to perform a variety of moves that are unique to the character (such as Mario's spin jump and Bowser's shell defenses. The characters in this game also have special abilities exclusive to the character (very much like in Mario Hoops 3-on-3) and they are able to use these moves to cause disastrous effects during the gameplay.
