In the next three years, Lucia became a trusted vassal of Queen Elincia and often accompanied her in her meetings with the Crimean nobles. However, she and Geoffrey were often criticized by said nobles due to their personal relationships with the queen. Lucia was actually quite adept and ran a spy of networks to look into possible threats to Crimean safety. In "Part 2: Of Countries and Kings", Lucia was left to think of Crimea's strategies herself while Bastian, Crimea's shining tactician, was away. Initially after Elincia heard word of Lord [[Ludveck]] plotting a rebellion (something Lucia and Geoffrey had already caught on to), Geoffrey wanted an all-out charge on Ludveck but Lucia convinced the queen to send her in order to find proof first.

Initially after Elincia heard word of [[Lord Ludveck]] plotting a rebellion (something Lucia and Geoffrey had already caught on to), Geoffrey wanted an all-out charge on Ludveck but Lucia convinced the queen to send her in order to find proof first.

Lucia led a squad to Lord Ludveck's manor under friendly pretenses in "Chapter 2: Tides of Intrigue". They soon found the proof, but were discovered by Ludveck's security and had to defeat them before returning to Crimea Castle. This prompted Ludveck into announcing his rebellion, and Geoffrey was then sent out on his charge in "Chapter 3: Geoffrey's Charge". However, Geoffrey turned out to be battling decoy forces while the real forces marched in search of Elincia. Lucia had the queen moved to the safety of Fort Alpea, but while meeting with one of her spies in a village, she found that Ludveck had infiltrated her spy network and knew Elincia's hiding spot. Lucia was captured by Ludveck, and most of her hair was cut off and sent to Elincia. But prior to her captivity she was at least able to send [[Calill]] and [[Haar]] to Alpea as reinforcements.
