Judge is a Game & Watch game that was released as part of the Silver series.

Gameplay

In the game there are two characters, one of which is controlled by the player. Each character can either dodge or pull out a hammer with a random number from 1-9 to attack the opponent. If both pull out hammers, whoever has the hammer with the higher number wins. Game A is against the computer, while Game B is a two-player game.

Legacy

One of Mr. Game & Watch's moves in the Smash Bros. games was based on Judge, where Mr. Game & Watch will pull out a hammer with a random number that will have a different effect depending on the number.

Ports and Remakes

  • Judge was included in Game & Watch Gallery 3 as an unlockable minigame. Unlike most of the other minigames, it was only playable in its original "Classic" format.
  • Judge has been announced for release over the DSi as DSiWare.
