*Neimi- Neimi greets Colm on the battlefield, but he admonishes her for exchanging pleasantries on the battlefield. He then reflects how odd it is to see her on the battlefield given how she used to follow him everywhere tripping and crying... and how she's now doing the same thing on the battlefield, which drives her to start crying. Later when they meet, Colm compliments Neimi on her skill with a bow and they reflect on how Colm used to steal from her grandfather's fruit trees. Neimi notes that Colm hasn't changed much since then and still tends to over exaggerate. In their final conversation, Neimi reminisces over how Colm has always been there for her and she admits that she likes him a lot. He tells her that if anyone ever bothers her, he'll take care of them for her. Though she starts crying again, this time she says it's for other reasons. Colm tells her from then on, that he's the only one allowed to make her cry.

*Moulder - Moulder chides Colm when he accidentally sets Moulder's package on fire, which ends up burning up his clothes and ruining them.  At first Colm tries to excuse it by claiming it will surely be the new fashion, but after eventually apologizing, Moulder demands he spend time reflecting on his actions. When they later meet, Moulder asks if Colm has been doing what he asked. Colm relates on how his reflections made him remember to pack more food and that he needed to steal some new shoes. When Moulder insists that he should be feeling bad for things he did, Colm suggests that maybe there isn't anything he's done that he's sorry about.  In their lost conversation, Colm relates that he's spent more time in reflection and relates how he's been going over his every single action and that doing so has kept him up at nights. Though impressed, Moulder tells Colm to go easy on himself, lest he make himself sick. Colm thanks the priest for his efforts and says that it's only with expectations that he's becoming a good man.

*Marisa - Colm approaches Marisa asking if she has seen a 'scary woman sword fighter' and begins describing her in an exaggerated fashion. After he leaves, Marisa concludes that he must have been talking about her. When they meet again, Colm has figured out who she is and admits that he was going to try and duel her, but after seeing her fight has concluded that she'd beat him senseless. He then admits that she scares him with the way that she fights in how she doesn't seem to fight the enemy, but rather someone else. Later Marisa finally admits that the person she is fighting is her father's shadow and that she's trying to top the 'mountain' of how good he was. Though not fully understanding it, Colm says he thinks she'll be able to get to the top and she comments that he's a nice guy.

*Rennac - Colm approaches Rennac claiming to know his secret - that he's a thief and questions whether that's acceptable behavior being in the L'Arachel's entourage. Rennac however dismisses Colm as being an urchin and brags about his style of clothing and the special embroidery inside his jacket. Later Colm speaks to him after learning that Rennac comes from a rich family and shouldn't need to steal, but Rennac explains that his father taught his kids the value of hard work and never gave them anything for free, and thus being a thief is merely his occupation. Colm tries to relate with his own upbringing of having to hunt and garden to survive, but Rennac dismisses it as not being 'real work'. Angry, Colm declares he's going to steal something important from Rennac. Later Colm reveals he stole Rennac's embroidery after the other thief had failed to notice. However Rennac reveals that he had replaced the embroidery with a fake, but compliments Colm on his ability and that he's glad he doesn't have Colm for an enemy.

Later Colm to Kyle with 'big news', declaring that he has discovered that Ephraim hates studying as much as he does, which he considers to be bad news for the future of Renais. Kyle however dismisses it by saying nobody is as bad as Colm and not to bother him unless he has more useful information. In their final conversation, Colm declares he finally has some useful information and reveals that he knows about Kyle's secret girlfriend 'Meriella'. Kyle however explains that that it is actually a secret alias for undercover knights that use secret codes. Colm offers to deliver one such letter, but Kyle insists he's more useful on the battlefield, much to Colm's delight at being considered useful to the knights.
