-Cacnea live in arid locations such as deserts and have water storage capabilities akin to that of the actual cactus plant, which allows it to survive for thirty days without needing more water. Cacnea attracts prey with a strong aroma and then paralyzes the prey by shooting sharp thorns from its body. It normally attacks by swinging its spiked arms around. They have yellow flowers which bloom once a year and are actually more beautiful and fragrant in more arid and harsh environments.
