Puzzle League Express is a puzzle game available through DSiWare. It costs 500 Nintendo DSi Points and is part of Nintendo's Express series. It is based on the 2007 Nintendo DS game Planet Puzzle League.

In Puzzle League Express, a stack of blocks is constantly rising and the player must make sure they don't touch the top of the screen. Every time the player makes three blocks touch, the blocks disappear and the player earns points. If the player manages to make more than three disappear in a single move or makes another groups of blocks disappear as a result of their first move, they earn extra points.

This is a more scaled down version of the game. While it includes the Endless, Clear, and Score Attack modes from Planet Puzzle League, the only option for multiplayer is against a single computer opponent with no way to compete against human players.
