Watt was a young and excitable Li'l Sparky who sported a pacifier. She enjoyed dark places and was even eager to take part in battle. At one point, Watt was captured by the Big Lantern Ghost and was used to light his lantern within the Shy Guy's Toy Box. During Chapter 4 of Paper Mario, Mario battled and defeated the Big Lantern Ghost. He then shattered the lantern, which freed Watt.
