He himself was a clone a the original Dr. Caulder, but was the only survivor when all the clones rebelled against the original.<br><br>After the world was devastated by the meteors, Dr. Caulder began to sow chaos by supplying dangerous bandits led by [[The Beast]] with weapons and later supplying the power hungry Admiral [[Greyfield]] while simultaneously supplying his foe, [[Forsythe]].
