− | + | A rather unusual fellow who, despite having the appearance of a full grown adult (generally standing taller than most everyone) still attends elementary school. At some point he started going to Diamond City Elementary School, but his love for playing jams from his boombox made him unpopular with the teacher. Although feeling down about his first day at that school, he soon after befriended 9-Volt who invited him over to his place. After a jam session, 18-Volt began to admire 9-Volt's collection - in particular the NES games thanks to his similar interest in old school games.
− | + | Since then the two constantly play games together until the wee hours of the morning. 18-Volt seems to only play second fiddle to 9-Volt since he doesn't seem such an avid collector. He's probably not a Wario Ware employee either. His knowledge of Nintendo games is not nearly on par with 9-Volt's either.
− | + | This is demonstrated in [[Wario Ware: Smooth Moves]] when the two are on yet another gaming frenzy. While 9-Volt is playing a classic [[Game & Watch]] game, 18-Volt mistakes it for a [[Nintendo DS]] and tries to take it from 9-Volt so he can play. The scuffle causes the game to break and 9-Volt gets angry and tells 18-Volt to leave. The depressed gamer eventually finds out there is a sale on games at a local toystore and tries to weave through the crowd to get to the game. After finally reaching the checkout area, he finds that 9-Volt had already gone there to secure the very same item. The two patch things up and go back to being friends again.
