Ice Hockey is a NES game based on the eponymous sport.
Gameplay[edit]
Ice Hockey has both one and two player modes. Players can choose between six different teams based on different countries. The uniforms are different, but no team is better than another. Players can choose between period lengths of seven, ten, or fifteen minutes. Players can also choose whether they want their team members to be light, medium, or heavy.
The player is able to control one player on their team at a time. The basic rules of hockey are the same for the most part. However, somethings have been omitted. The referee will not call a penalty for being offsides or for a bodycheck. However, player's will be penalized for icing and fighting.

- Ice Hockey has been releases for download as part of the Wii's Virtual Console in 2006 and the Wii U's Virtual Console in 2013/2014.
