Dewott is a disciplined otter-like Pokémon that was introduced in the fifth generation Pokémon games. It is the middle form of Oshawott's evolutionary line and evolves into Samurott.
Information[edit]
Dewott evolves from Oshawott at Level 17. It becomes a bipedal Pokémon that is capable of dual wielding scalchops attached to its body in battle. It masters this double-schalchop technique through rigorous training. Dewott is a Pokémon that is known for devotion to discipline. They never neglect maintaining heir scalchops. Different Dewott are known to practice different styles, however.
A Dewott can evolve into Samurott at Level 36.

Dewott can only be obtained by evolving Oshawott.
Other Games[edit]
In Pokémon Rumble Blast, Dewott was found at the beach areas of Seabreeze Trail, Rugged Flats and World Axle's first underground floor. In PokéPark 2: Wonders Beyond, it appeared at Cove Town after all three of the elemental monkeys were befriended, and Dewott itself was befriended by battling it with Oshawott.

- In the Black and White series of the Pokémon anime, Dewott was first shown in one episode featuring the Battle Club, where a Dewott was able to easily defeat a Servine, and Ash also battled it with Pikachu until the battle was called off by an alarm during a Team Rocket attack. Dewott was later shown as one of Burgundy's Pokémon, which he had since it was an Oshawott.
