Daigasso! Band Brothers is a rhythm game for the Nintendo DS. Development on the game began on the Game Boy Color and was moved to the Game Boy Advance, but it was decided that the input wasn't good enough for the game in both cases.
Players press down the correct combination of buttons in time with the instructions on screen to play a song. If the player choose to be a vocalist, the microphone is used.
The game features wireless multiplayer which allows two players to play in the same band even if there is only one game. The game also includes a mode that lets players create their own songs.
