Bisharp is a deadly metallic bladed Pokémon that was introduced in the fifth generation games. It is the evolved form of Pawniard.

Information[edit]

Bisharp evolves from Pawniard at Level 52. They lead large groups of Pawniard to hunt for prey. It usually has the Pawniard attack the prey first and then delivers the final blow itself. Bisharp usually battle to become the boss of a group, and it will be driven out of the group if it loses.

Appearances[edit]

Mainstream Games[edit]

In Pokémon: Black and White Versions, Bisharp could be rarely found at Route 11 (in the dark grass only),

Trivia[edit]

  • Its name is a play on "bishop" (as in the chess piece, with its superiority to Pawniard reflecting the bishop being more important than the pawn) combined with "sharp".
