Started a new version of this topic, the last one ran into some weird problems.

---

Currently working on Super Princess Peach. Not an extremely thrilling game, which is good. Great for short little bursts where I can play a few levels before losing interest. It's like Wario Land, only cutesy.

I've been in one of my online game moods lately, so I've been playing World of Warcraft on and off for the past few days. I've also completed Bully last week but the free world design always keeps me occupied, and everything in the game is interesting, so it keeps me coming back. Also, I'm still playing through Puzzle Quest on the DS in short bursts (no more than ten minutes a day at most) and that is fairly decent for a puzzle game, but it doesn't have much of a draw to play it.

...I can feel that stare from here, you know.

I've mostly been alternating between various games. With the DS I'm playing Pokemon Pearl, Super Princess Peach and another game, while on the GBA I have Pokemon Sapphire. Additionally on the Gamecube I decided to continue playing Pokemon Colosseum and last night I also continued Tales of Symphonia after a week or so hiatus, last night having completed the Earth Temple. Oh yeah, and Wii-wise I've been playing Rock Band.

Okami and Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising (again! This is possibly the first game since The Legend of Zelda where I'm playing a game through for the THIRD TIME).

On a typical weekday, 45 minutes of Okami and 45 minutes of Wars. God I wish I had more free time.

I have a few in progress games going since I can't remember the last time I finished anything, unless you count Suikoden III but I think I said that already. Somewhere. But that was ages ago and I need to replay it soon anyhow.

I have Odin Sphere (which I haven't touched in a while) and Dragon Quest IX, which is my current distraction when I have time. ... I think I also started a new ToS file a while back, but I just can't play past disk 2 anymore. Someday I'll actually do that.

*goes through normal process of shock at Sapphire posting* I guess this topic became pretty obsolete after the completed game list started... I mean who cares about games you're just playing, only the ones you beat manner! I'm not even really playing anything at the moment... I've restarted Metroid Prime and (way back, before getting Galaxy 2) Super Mario Sunshine, but I haven't touched either in a while... every now and think I pick up HeartGold to tinker with catching new Pokemon or some such, although not too devotedly since I already have most of them in Pearl. The most recent game I've fully played through is Golden Sun: The Lost Age, except that I've since been stuck on the last challenge I have, the uber-hard bonus boss guy. Oh yeah and I still have to play Galaxy 2 eventually to get those last few normal stars, aaand I downloaded The Lost Levels the other week only to stop after a few attempts at the first few levels when I realized that it's label as one of hardest games ever (combined with the lack of saves like the GBC version) might be a bit deserved.

I suppose I'll join in the fun. I maybe get around to only one or two play sessions a week if I'm lucky (but that does mean that the shelf-life of playing these games lasts longer, too). Here's what I'm playing.

Xbox 360- Super Street Fighter IV- working on improving my Cammy, and becoming competent with Hakan, Cody and Juri.
N64- Donkey Kong 64- I got all 101% almost ten years ago, felt like maybe it was time to play it again.
DS- Henry Hatsworth- Ditto forced me to play this. I'm more frustrated with it than entertained.

And CIVILIZATION V comes out tomorrow, so I probably will be only playing that for the next few months.

If you're not enjoying it, send it back, Vorps. I don't have a gun to your head or anything. It is indeed insanely hard.

Donkey Kong Country Returns. I know it's tempting to check out Super Kong, but don't because he's a fucker who will take away all the progress you HAVE made and you can't collect anything even if you do play as him.

One of the reasons I'm not exactly available these days is cuz I'm spending my free time getting back in touch with what really matters: Overcoming challenges provided by digital software created by people I've never met, for no material gain.

You know, the simple stuff.

Virtual Console - Super Mario All-Stars (Currently doing The Lost Levels). I'm doing a revue of all the classic Mario games...

DS - The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks - My GOD this is not a short game. I've thought I was right at the end like three times already. I gotta say, though, this has been the most challenging Zelda game I've played in awhile. I'm not infrequently genuinely stumped in these dungeons. Like, I get stuck for a whole day on a single problem. It's really ingenious, stuff you haven't done before. But man, I'm hungry to move on and play something else, but it's a rental. Once I return it, that's it!

PC - Command & Conquer: Generals: Zero Hour - Kinda sporadic lately. The last GLA mission is really challenging and I need time to recoup and come back fresh.

I'm also not infrequently playing some of my older games. Mega Man, for example. I'm just in the mood for the classics lately...

Breaking out your SNES doesn't count as Virtual Console, Ditto.

Pre-emptive response: Playing a ROM on a computer doesn't count as Virtual Console, Ditto.

Pre-emptive response 2: Playing the NES versions on VC doesn't count as Super Mario All-Stars, Ditto.

Pre-emptive response 2.5: Nobody collectively refers to the 4 separate NES releases as Super Mario All-Stars, Ditto.

He did, therefore someone did. Ergo, you're wrong. Someone does collectively refer to the 4 separate NES releases as Super Mario All-Stars.

Ergo, I'm Batman. I'm still slouching through Other M, although according to Luiigii's hideous judgement I should be in the last third or so of the game. It is playable and pretty fun whenever I don't have to switch to first person. Although I'm really hankering to get my hands on Donkey Kong County Returns once I decide whether or not it would be wise to spend such an amount of money at this time
