I think next year we shouldn't do the secret unveiling. I'd like to keep the Secret angle by having the names distributed again (and requests submitted secretly), but the grand unveiling didn't work out so well.

Actually, I did a lot of berating earlier than just the few days ago. It's just that it was usually in private IM chats, starting the day after Christmas. I was pretty well angry at everyone who wasn't done on Christmas, so it wasn't just the few stragglers at the end.

Fortunately, it seems nobody takes me very gravely.

I think that this year, the tossup should be done around Thanksgiving, as opposed to the first day of December. That should give those who are still in school about a week more, what with people going back to their parents' houses for the holidays and whatnot.
