Kammy Koopa

Kammy Koopa appears to be Bowser's secondhand Koopa, and is also described as the brains behind his brawn. She makes her first appearance in 'Paper Mario' doing various tasks for Bowser, such as spying on Mario, hindering Mario's progress, keeping an eye on Princess Peach, and building a machine to super-charge Bowser. She is highly regarded by the rest of the Koopa Troop, who are always seeking to be her favorites. She stood with Bowser until the final battle with Mario, but was defeated by Twink with the help of Peach's wishes.

Kammy reappears in 'Paper Mario 2', with the same general servitude to Bowser as before. She follows him on his quest through Rogueport, offering him advice and scouting for the locations of the Crystal Stars. She and Bowser are defeated by Mario in the Palace of Shadows, and presumably returned to Bowser's Castle to suffer their defeat.

While Kammy is a brilliant Koopa in her own right, her loyalty to Bowser sometimes hinders her, as does the lack of respect she receives from those who aren't in the Koopa Troop.
